Role: Business Development Executive
Locations: Northampton & North West London
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 basic dependent on experience – £35k OTE, Company Car/Allowance, Laptop, Tablet & Mobile Phone
We have opportunities for talented sales professionals to join our fantastic team. We are a growing mobile phone and fixed communication services provider (B2B) and we are currently seeking highly motivated and talented professionals to join our team and grow with the company.

As a BDE you will be actively seeking new business within a large geographical area and expected to develop and implement sales/marketing plans to maximise contract potential and secure new business. You will be required to contact and canvass new business within your designated area, book appointments, prepare and deliver formal presentations to SMEs, report weekly sales activity to sales manager in agreed format and convert new sales into business partnerships within a reasonable time frame.

The ideal applicants will possess:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and development
- Passion for sales and able to meet and exceed set targets and KPI’s
- Ability to get in front of the decision maker and be a good presenter and clear communicator
- Diplomacy, tact, confidence and good negotiation skills
- Judgment and decision-making skills
- Good IT skills are vital
- You will need to be a dynamic self-starter and a develop a good understanding of communications technology
- Educated to at least A-Level
- Hold a full clean driving licence
Desired but not essential:
- Graduate level education preferred
