Samsung has announced the launch of its latest premium smartphone, the Galaxy Note9. The company will release the device on 24th August.

The Note9 will feature a 6.4-inch screen with an edge-to-edge AMOLED display. The retail price for the 128GB version will be £899, while the 512GB version will retail at £1,099.

The smartphone has many of the same design features as the Galaxy Note8, which Samsung released last year. However, the Note9 comes with an improved version of the Bluetooth stylus and an upgraded camera that produces sharper photos than the Galaxy S9, which Samsung unveiled in March of this year.

The phone includes a 4,000mAh “all-day battery” – the largest that Samsung has ever provided for its flagship Galaxy device.

The camera incorporates AI to allow users to shoot better pictures, and the technology will give a warning if it finds that a photo is blurry so that users can quickly take the picture again. The camera also features Dual Aperture technology that allows the camera lens to adapt to light conditions in the same manner as a human eye. Samsung first introduced this technology in March of this year on its Galaxy S9 smartphones.

The Note9 also features the S Pen, which gives users the ability to control the phone’s camera remotely by pushing a button, making it easier to take photos and selfies. Users can also use the S Pen to control the smartphone when they are watching videos or playing music.
